*Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe
1 large sweet potato - serves two
Butter
cinnamon/sugar
Thoroughly scrub sweet potato. Preheat oven at 350. Place sweet potato on rack of oven for one hour. (Open up top of foil and poke with fork to make sure potato is soft all the way through.) Cut potato in half, and slit lengthwise. Top with pat of butter and generous sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, re-wrap in foil and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
