Raiding the Pantry: Menus for the Week

I have a well-stocked pantry and freezer right now, so the name of the game this week is to do as little grocery shopping as possible, and use up what I have. Also, we have a heat wave (high 90's) coming in mid-week, so meals will be lighter and with less use of the stove and oven.


SATURDAY
Couscous
Green Salad

SUNDAY
Shredded BBQ Brisket (from freezer)
Kaiser Rolls
Corn on the Cob

MONDAY
on bed of lettuce
Homemade rolls
(make extra for Tuesday)

TUESDAY
Leftover Tuna Mac Salad
Veggie Burgers on Kaiser rolls

WEDNESDAY
Chef Salad with
Lettuce, tomatoes,cucumbers, onion, green peppers
Ham cubes, cheese cubes, hard boiled eggs

THURSDAY
Homemade Pizza - cooked on grill
Made with chicken, sliced tomatoes, black olives, alfredo sauce

FRIDAY
Beef fajitas
(Steak'ums, onions, peppers on flour tortilla)
Green salad
