Thanksgiving Planning

This is a busy week for me with Thanksgiving preparation going on all week. Our Thanksgiving table will be blessed with our daughter and her family - for a total of seven people. Every year I wish more of our family could be here with us, but that's the drawback to living so far from where you grew up and having family spread out all over the country.

WHAT'S THE PLAN: Of course there's a plan!! I don't know how people get everything done without lists!

My first list is our Thanksgiving Menu. We do a very traditional Thanksgiving meal - turkey and all the trimmings.
Thanksgiving Menu

Roast Turkey
Stuffing (in bird and extra dish)
Mashed potatoes
Gravy
Oven-Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Fried Corn
Pearl Onions in Cream Sauce
Green Bean Casserole
Cranberry Sauce
Rolls, butter

Dessert
Apple Pie
Sweet Potato Pie
Vanilla Ice Cream

Drinks
Coffee, Tea
Box drinks or juice for kids
Diet Coke, Iced Tea

Next list is what I need to prep the house and the food for Thanksgiving.
