Lunches (packed for Jeff for work): Leftover soup, lunchmeat/cheese sandwiches, egg or tuna salad on lettuce, leftovers.

This week is, of course, about Christmas preparations -- mainly decorating the house. My husband's birthday is on 12/14 and he does not like the tree or major decorations up before then. It's a quirk he's had since childhood, I guess! So this is the week for major decorating to happen.

CHRISTMAS PREP TO DO LIST
Bring decorations up from basement.
Put tree up. Decorate (Wed.).
Decorate mantle and stairwell.
Wreath on front door.
Candles in windows.
Take inventory of cookie tins/containers, buy more if necessary.
Pack up shelf and bookcase items to be replaced with Christmas candles.
With Mr. B., put out Christmas candles (more than 300!!)
With Mr. B., bake cookies.
Deliver cookies to neighbors.
Mr. B's Christmas program at school (Tuesday PM)
Wrap presents
Box up gifts to be mailed.
Mail gifts.
Non-postcard Christmas cards - mail.
Christmas craft with Mr. B.

Non-Christmas To Do List:
Empty kitchen counters - clean and disinfect.
Wipe all doorknobs, light switches with clorox/water mix. (Mr. B. has a cold and Jeff had the flu last wk.)
Organize movies and video games in TV stand.
Purge magazines.
Think! What am I going to do about all the toys in the den?? Purge? Organize? Something!!
Clean out/organize laundry room cabinets.
Return books/videos to library by Tuesday.
Make banana bread.
Laundry, laundry, laundry. Ironing.
Shampoo family room floor carpet - again.
Wash all area rugs.
Need bigger basket for hats and gloves by front door. Check basement.
Coffee with Lynn on Wednesday.

Oh, that's not so bad! I'm about three-fourths through wrapping gifts, so I should get that done early this week.

You can post your own To Do List at Domestically Obsessed. Try it! You'll be amazed how much more you get done when you have a plan!

Enjoy your week!

Hey Joan! Thanks so much for linking up and sharing all the stuff you need to get done. Can we talk about how much I love that you need to disinfect your counters? Is it weird that you make me want to grab my Lysol disinfectant this very moment and spray away! Germs, be gone!

Have a great week and thanks so much for linking up! Your list rocks!

300 candles!! Wow that's a lot! I bet it looks amazing once you have them all up though.

I'm also tackling the laundry room cabinets. I have no idea how they get so messy!
