I haven't participated in Meal Planning Monday (hosted by Organized Junkie) in awhile, but it's a great way to create frugal meals, get your grocery shopping done all at once, and, by visiting her site and the other Meal Planning Monday sites listed there, find new recipes. Because of the recent major meat purchase, it's my goal to not buy meat or veggies for several months. Also, my menu is geared towards low carb. Any pasta used is Dreamfields pasta ($1 off coupon here), which is 5 carbs per serving. Bread and tortillas are also 5 carbs or less per serving.
Days marked with (B) mean I am babysitting my grandson that day, and prefer to have quick, easy meals.
